HOW SAFE IS YOUR YACHT ?
Our Yacht undergoes very strict safety inspections by MARINA on an annual basis. In addition, we are using a management system of HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) and our crew are also frequently trained with courses, on how to handle different situations that may occur on board. We also have the necessary life saving equipment on board in case of any emergency such life jackets for both adult and children, life rings, life line, fire Extinguisher, parachute flares, smoke signals, first aid kit, life raft (dinghy boat), MOB GPS, VHF Radio positioning, and others. We have all the necessary certificates for safety by the Maritime Authority of the Philippines.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE YACHT?
Our certificate only allows 50 passenger and this includes servers, DJs, children, nannies.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR THERE ARE BIG WAVES?
Refunds will only be allowed in case of technical problems or a fortuitous event such as typhoons, or coast guard cancellation. Should the Captain's assessment of the weather is dangerous for the safety of passengers, we will allow postponement or refund request.
